This blog will be short and is coming to you from a tired mom and business owner who is trying her best and feeling overwhelmed. I felt the urge to write and here seems the best place to get that out. Don't get me wrong, I am so thankful and I completely recognize that and all of my blessings in life. But sometimes, I am tired. You feel me?

This blog is for the woman who:
Is feeling overwhelmed
Is drowning in daily life
Is feeling under-appreciated and overworked
Is feeling dragged down by all of the thoughts in her head
May need a helping hand now and then but doesn't have the heart to ask
Is working, being a mom and wife, housekeeper, cook, and taxi driver
Is trying to maintain friendships and feels like a failure most of the time
Is exhausted and doesn't know how to keep going but does because she doesn't have a choice
Works endless hours making sure everyone is taken care of before herself
Im here to tell you that I see you, I feel you, and even though it is hard to find the time, we have to take care of ourselves. The past few weeks have been a whirlwind for me and I am so blessed to have a job that allows me to be here for my family. But SELF CARE is sooooo IMPORTANT! Tomorrow is a new day and things won't seem so overwhelming. You'll figure your 'ish out and you'll press on. You'll be yourself and conquer whatever life throws at you. Why? Because we are a special breed; us women. We are strong and powerful and can do anything we put our minds to!
Don't lose yourself while taking care of everyone else.
You only have one life to live...and in the words of Dierks "Some days you just get by, some days you're just alive, and some days you're livin'"
Today...Im just getting by. But tomorrow, well that's another story...I might just be livin'!
